Working with the church staff and its congregation, we developed designs for a multi-use worship/performance space and gallery to convey its mission to artists.

We proposed changes to the seminary’s entry areas and classrooms to make the school more receptive to new students and more conducive to learning.  The improvements were implemented within a minimal budget.

Elise Edwards has presented papers at conferences and the annual meetings of the American Academy of Religion, Society of Christian Ethics (Pacific Region) about theology, artistic works, and public life.

We developed a set of recommendations about the function of Convergence’s public buildings  The plan identifies the most appropriate uses to further the church’s mission, goals, and ongoing activities.

As part of a grant initiative, we led a series of sessions about the role of artists in worship and community-building activities of Christian churches.
